Industrial-Grade Connectivity Where It Matters Most

In remote and harsh operational environments — coal mines, plantations, and industrial estates — reliable network connectivity is not a luxury. It is the backbone of safety systems, fleet management, and real-time operations. PT Natha Buana Indonesia delivers Carrier-Grade Transport Networks (CGTN) built specifically for these demands.

What is a Carrier-Grade Transport Network?

A CGTN is a point-to-point or ring microwave radio network designed to meet the reliability and performance standards of a telecommunications carrier. Unlike consumer or enterprise-grade solutions, CGTN uses licensed frequency bands, industrial-rated hardware, and redundant topologies to guarantee continuous connectivity even in extreme conditions.

Our CGTN solution uses licensed microwave radio in the 7 GHz and 23 GHz bands, providing:

  • Capacity up to 500 Mbps per link, upgradeable to 1 Gbps
  • SLA-guaranteed availability of 99% to 99.5%
  • Ring topology with automatic protection switching
  • All-outdoor unit design minimizing failure points
  • Licensed spectrum to eliminate interference

Network Design & Coverage

Each deployment starts with a thorough Line-of-Sight (LoS) survey and link budget calculation. We design the network topology — whether a simple point-to-point link or a complex ring spanning dozens of kilometers — to match the operational geography of your site.

Managed Service Model

We operate our CGTN deployments under a Full Managed Service (FMS) model, meaning NBID takes full responsibility for the health and performance of the network:

  • 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring with real-time alerts
  • Dedicated on-site engineers stationed at or near the operational area
  • Preventive maintenance: equipment cleaning, antenna realignment, power system checks
  • Corrective maintenance: rapid troubleshooting with on-site spare parts
  • Monthly performance reports: availability, throughput, fault log

Why Choose NBID?

  • Deep experience in mining and industrial environments
  • Full OPEX model — no large upfront capital investment in equipment
  • Flexible and scalable — bandwidth and coverage can grow with your operation
  • HSE-certified personnel with WAH (Working at Height) certification
  • Local presence in Kalimantan with homebase and spare parts on-site
