Rapid-deployment internet connectivity for disaster relief operations using Starlink, portable power stations, and wide-coverage WiFi — keeping responders connected when public networks fail.

Natural disasters — floods, landslides, earthquakes — routinely destroy terrestrial communication infrastructure at precisely the moment it is needed most. PT Natha Buana Indonesia has developed a rapid-deployment emergency connectivity solution based on Starlink LEO satellite, portable power systems, and wide-area WiFi.
Starlink provides 50–200 Mbps internet access independent of terrestrial infrastructure, with coverage across all of Indonesia including areas with no cellular signal.
This solution was deployed during the 2025 Aceh Tamiang and North Sumatra flood response, in coordination with Yayasan Astacala (Telkom University). In areas where cellular networks were completely offline, Starlink provided the only reliable communications link for relief operations.
